Booking Conditions
1. Formation of Contract
A binding contract between you and us will take effect when we issue you with a holiday confirmation letter.2. Payment
2.1 We will write to confirm your booking and reservation as soon as a deposit is received from
you (see booking form for details of deposit).
2.2 Receipt of a deposit will not in itself constitute acceptance of a booking.
We will write to you and return your deposit in full if for whatever reason we are unable to accept
your booking and reservation
2.3 Please pay the balance six weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
2.4 If you book the holiday less than six weeks before it is due to commence, please pay
the full amount when sending the booking form.
2.5 The price payable for Clover-Hill is inclusive of all fees, including electricity and all bed and towel linen.
3. Cancellation
Any cancellation made by you (for whatever reason) shall be notified to us in writing.
Every endeavour will be made by us to re-let Clover-Hill. The more notice you are able to give of
cancellation the more likely it is that we will be able to re-let the accommodation.
In the event of cancellation the following conditions will apply:
3.1 If we are successful in re-letting Clover-Hill for the entire period originally booked we will
refund all monies paid (whether by way of deposit or otherwise) less a handling and re-advertising
charge of �25 per week booked.
3.2 If we succeed in re-letting Clover-Hill for a proportion of the period originally booked,
we will refund in equal proportion to this all monies paid (whether by way of deposit or
otherwise) less a handling and re-advertising charge of �25 per week booked.
3.3 In the event that we are unable to re-let Clover-Hill at all, then all monies paid by you
(whether by way of deposit or otherwise) will be forfeited to us.
You are advised to consider arranging holiday cancellation insurance.
4. Arrival and Departure Times
To allow time for Clover Hill to be made ready for you, could you please arrive no sooner than 4.00 p.m. on the first day unless by prior arrangement. The accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
5. Repair
The accommodation and all furniture, fixtures and effects are to be kept in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of your holiday.
6.0 Other Conditions
6.1 Smoking is not permitted.
6.2 One or two well trained small/medium sized dogs are permitted with our prior agreement.
